Just like a classic pulled pork sandwich. Seasoned Jackfruit marinated in sweet smoky BBQ sauce, topped with our house-made slaw and served on a roll.

House-made black bean based Seitan, marinated in rosemary garlic sauce and topped with peppers, onions and melted Cheddz on a hoagie roll.

House-made chickpea based Seitan, shredded and seasoned. Dressed with celery, onion and truffled mayo. Served on sourdough bread with lettuce and tomato.

B.L.T. – $10.75
Thick cuts of house-made tempeh bacon served with lettuce and tomato on sourdough bread.

Jackfruit and Seitan combined for a textual trove of the Korean BBQ variety. Served on a hard roll with caramelized onion.

Smoky Cinna-Beaf – $12
House-made black bean Seitan glazed with a sweet, smoky sauce and pan seared with carrots and onions for a slightly sweet twist on a classic beaf sandwich. Served with horseradish sauce on a roll.

Sauzzzage, Peppers and Onions – $12
A grilled Beyond Hot Italian Sausage, seared with caramelized onions and peppers.

Chicken Parmesan – $13.50
Crispy breaded chicken strips with fried chzzz and our house marinara on a grinder roll with melted FYH mozzarella

French Dip Hoagie – $13.50
Black bean seitan, seasoned portobello mushrooms and caramelized onions on a hoagie roll with melted Provolone and Dijon mustard. Served with a side of au jus.

Ultimate Chikken or Tempeh Bacon Grilled Chzzz – $12.75
Jalapeno-Corn bread grilled with crispy fried pepperjack chzzz (or your choice of chzzz). Choice of crispy chikken strips or crispy tempeh bacon strips with garlic mayo.

Smothered Plate – $14.50
An open faced black bean seitan sandwich with onions and mushrooms, served with fries covered with brown gravy.

Chikken Sandwich – $12

Our house-made chickpea based Seitan chikken as a double-battered crispy patty, tossed in your choice of sauce: Korean BBQ, Sweet Smoky BBQ, Buffalo or plain. Topped with lettuce and tomato on a roll.

We are proud to be the first and only restaurant in the Adirondacks to offer The Impossible Burger!

We add our own distinct blend of flavor and seasoning to make it a unique Birch Bark experience. We offer the following varieties, served with fries.

Choose from Impossible Burger, Beyond Burger, or Gardein Black Bean Burger.

An Impossible patty with a chorizo garlic chz stuffing, served on a roll with lettuce, tomato and onion.

Birch Bark Burger – $13.5
A 1/4 pound Impossible patty with Daiya Swiss, mushrooms, L.T. and our secret sauce.

Chzzzy at Heart • $13.50
A 1/4 pound burger of your choice with lettuce, tomato, onion, melted swiss on top and fried chzzz on the bottom.
